New sub-dir folder for Classic & City files

NOTE: Due to technical changes at Tripod, we had to create a different sub-dir for all the uploaded files for Classic & City.  The name of the "blog" can not be the same name for any sub-dir... which is exactly what we had setup. 
The old sub-dir folder was called "/champs".  

This newly created sub-dir folder is called "/city" as of July 28, 2008, while the blog is still referenced as "/champs".
