Here are the links to download copies of PDF software to create PDF files. The program, called PDF995, is free, but with strings - it will invoke your web browser to display their ad page.
However, you can purchase the program for $9.95
and the ads go away.
This will work on Windows 9x, ME, NT, and XP.
For anyone using Microsoft Office 2007, there is a free PDF add-in. This allows you to export and save to the PDF and XPS formats in the eight 2007 Microsoft Office programs.
